We accept refund requests within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Because all of our products are made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.
However, if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund — no return needed in most cases.
