A: Simply browse our store, choose your product and size, and click “Add to Cart.” Then proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed. If you need to change or cancel, please email us at info@hedst.store as soon as possible. If your order has already gone into production, we may not be able to make changes.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders are processed in 2–4 business days. Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
